About the position

The Sales Manager for Hotels at ClearLiving Water Purification Systems is responsible for driving the company's expansion in the hospitality sector. This role involves working closely with hotel leaders to align ClearLiving's solutions with their ESG goals, focusing on reducing waste, improving guest wellness, cutting costs, and increasing room revenue. The ideal candidate is a dynamic sales professional passionate about health, sustainability, and innovative guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy targeting hotels and resorts to drive adoption of ClearLiving water purification systems.
  • Establish strong relationships with hotel decision-makers, positioning ClearLiving as the ideal solution for saving costs, reducing plastic waste, and boosting guest satisfaction.
  • Present the health, cost-saving, and environmental benefits of in-room water dispensers and Clear showerheads, emphasizing their impact on wellness and sustainability.
  • Actively pursue new business opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, and consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Oversee installation coordination to ensure a seamless experience for clients and their guests, with minimal disruption to hotel operations.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within the hospitality industry or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
  • Alignment with ClearLiving's mission to support hotels in enhancing guest wellness, saving money, and achieving environmental goals.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Capable of managing multiple accounts and projects effectively.
