About the position

The Sales and Customer Service Associate at Helix² Fashion, Fitness & Spas plays a crucial role in enhancing the wellness experience for clients by providing exceptional customer service and promoting the benefits of massage and skin care. This position involves building relationships with clients, driving sales, and ensuring a positive environment for both clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Help clients understand the benefits of regular massage, skin care, and stretch.
• Establish relationships with members and guests to grow and retain a client base.
• Connect clients with retail products that improve and enhance the services they receive.
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting clients, scheduling services, and addressing questions and concerns.
• Promote the value of total body care by educating clients on services and selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program.
• Drive member retention through outreach via phone and email to current members.
• Uphold the Massage Envy core values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency, and empathy.
• Protect workplace culture by recognizing and supporting team goals and building positive relationships with team members.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of sales experience required.
• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Solid math and computer skills, with confidence handling cash.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
