About the position

The Sales and Customer Success Operations Manager at Sendbird plays a crucial role in driving global cross-functional projects and optimizing the effectiveness of the Go To Market organization. This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product to ensure alignment and deliver on business outcomes. The manager will be responsible for managing Salesforce and Gainsight systems, designing solutions, and providing documentation for enablement, all while ensuring interoperability between different tech stacks.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for Salesforce and Gainsight CS systems.
  • Interface with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product stakeholders to align and deliver on business outcomes.
  • Design and deploy solutions and provide processes and documentation for enablement.
  • Ensure interoperability between the Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success tech stacks.
  • Generate the renewal forecast and improve on processes and methodology.
  • Drive capacity planning and account assignments.
  • Build scalable workflows and rules of engagement within and across teams.
  • Provide reports, dashboards, and data insights critical to understanding performance.
  • Structure variable compensation plans to incentivize the right motions and playbooks correctly.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Sales and Customer Success Operations.
  • 3+ years with a B2B SaaS growth company.
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator and Certified Gainsight Administrator.
  • Extremely savvy with Go To Market tech stacks (Marketo/Bizible, LeanData, Zoominfo, SalesLoft, Gainsight PX, JIRA, etc.).
  • Hands-on and detailed understanding of playbooks for B2B SaaS.
  • Advanced skills with Google Sheets and Slides.
  • Exceptional verbal, presentation, and communication skills; ability to align multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of effectively interacting with senior leadership, proactive problem-solving, and critical thinking.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred, and a science or technical major is a plus. Advanced degree or MBA is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in project management within a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
