About the position

StretchLab Sioux Falls is seeking a dynamic Sales and Customer Support Representative to enhance our brand and assist clients in achieving their flexibility and mobility goals through customized assisted stretching sessions. This part-time role focuses on sales, customer service, and community engagement, providing an opportunity for individuals passionate about wellness and motivated by sales to contribute to the growth and success of the studio.

Responsibilities

  • Foster relationships with current and potential members.
  • Execute sales strategies to drive membership and services sales.
  • Assist the General/Sales Manager with lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales.
  • Prospect through lead management via calling, texting, and emailing.
  • Book and confirm stretching appointments.
  • Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects.
  • Conduct tours of the facility while establishing relationships with clients.
  • Maintain an acceptable level of personal sales production.
  • Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quotas and follow-up with leads.
  • Engage with the local community through partnerships and special events.

Requirements

  • Strongly self-motivated, enthusiastic, and results-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
  • Must be a team player.
  • 1 year of fitness sales or relevant sales experience is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retail.
  • Excellent organization and strong communication skills in person and over the phone.
  • Professional, punctual, reliable, neat, and organized.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the general public.
  • Proficiency with computers and studio software.
  • Ability to work under time constraints and meet deadlines.
