The Sales and Design Associate role involves working with clients in home design, specifically focusing on flooring options. This position offers the potential for a six-figure income through a combination of base salary, commissions, and bonuses. Responsibilities

• Work with clients to design and select flooring options for their homes.
• Utilize a company van as a mobile showroom for client appointments.
• Achieve sales targets of $1 million to $1.2 million annually.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and negotiation skills during sales interactions.
• Collaborate with the production team for installation needs, although installation knowledge is not required.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in in-home or outside sales.
• Knowledge of flooring products preferred; construction or design knowledge is also considered.
• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong competitive drive to exceed sales targets.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Integrity and honesty in all dealings.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with computer usage.
• Public speaking skills and confidence in presenting to clients.
• Valid driver's license.
