About the position

The Sales and Education Executive (SEE) is responsible for achieving retail sales goals while enhancing local account penetration and collaborating on joint business planning with retailers. This role involves leading and coaching a team of Brand Ambassadors to ensure effective execution of sales strategies and maintaining strong relationships with store management. The SEE will also engage in special projects as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve/Exceed Quarterly/Seasonal/Annual Retail Sales Goals
  • Analyze daily/weekly retail sales and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Partner with internal and external teams to communicate results and maximize opportunities
  • Utilize brand ranking and stock status reports to drive sales
  • Own joint business planning with retailer partners
  • Lead, schedule, and coach Brand Ambassadors to meet retail goals
  • Monitor specialists' schedule adherence and productivity
  • Ensure strong relationships with store management
  • Communicate corporate merchandising guidelines to Brand Ambassadors
  • Leverage market visits to confirm training retention among Brand Ambassadors
  • Ensure compliance with corporate asset rules and regulations

Requirements

  • Exceptional management, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge of industry trends and best practices
  • Ability to travel up to 80% of the time
  • Basic to Intermediate Computer Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
