The Sales and Fulfillment Associate at Terp Science Labs is a part-time role focused on providing exceptional customer service while managing sales and order fulfillment tasks. Responsibilities

• Assist with mail order fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch of orders.
• Answer phones promptly and professionally, responding to customer and prospect inquiries.
• Provide excellent customer service at the front desk, helping walk-in customers with their needs.
• Comfortable cold calling to introduce products/services and generate interest.
• Email and follow up with leads or inquiries, nurturing prospects.
• Re-engage customers who haven't ordered in the past 90 days, encouraging repeat business.
• Maintain organized and accurate records of sales activities.
• Prepare and send quotes, invoices, and other sales-related documents to customers in a timely manner.
• Ensure the front of house area is clean, welcoming, and professional.

Requirements

• Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet daily outreach targets (calls and emails).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with CRM software is a plus.
• A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
