Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Proactively address client concerns and ensure complete satisfaction with services.
• Respond to service calls and recommend corrective actions for customer complaints.
• Provide support and supervision to care specialists in the field, including training.
• Perform regular account checks and maintain record-keeping, including scoring.
• Conduct data entry to maintain quality reports, inventories, and customer service requests.
• Create opportunities for add-on sales and project redesigns.
• Perform additional related responsibilities as requested.

Requirements

• Strong business background required.
• Horticulture knowledge is required.
• Valid Driver's License is mandatory.
• Ability to build positive relationships with customers and employees at all levels.
• Aptitude to learn and desire to grow within the company.
• Basic proficiency with Google Drive is required; Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Reliable personal vehicle and current insurance are necessary.
