About the position

The Sales and Leadership Trainee position at Yancey Bros. Co. is designed for motivated individuals looking to build their sales and operational capabilities in preparation for future leadership roles. This full-time, salary position is part of a selective 12-week training program that offers a comprehensive introduction to the company's various divisions through hands-on training, shadowing, and both computer-based and in-person learning. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to start their careers in sales and progress within the organization after completing the program.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-week rotation-based training program to learn about each division within the company.
• Engage in sales and leadership training, both computer-based and in-person.
• Shadow different members of the organization to understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Work on a tailored job path assigned by company leaders to supplement training.
• Provide superior customer service and maintain relationships with customers and coworkers.

Requirements

• College degree or related equivalent experience.
• Prior experience working or volunteering in sales, retail, management, or customer service roles.
• Demonstrated success in prior work or volunteer experience.
• Ability to use judgment and creativity in applying solutions to business concerns.
• High energy and strong work ethic.
