About the position

The Sales and Leadership Trainee position at Hajoca Corporation is designed for individuals looking to build a long-term career in sales, business operations, or management. This multi-year rotational program provides comprehensive exposure to various aspects of the business, including operations, sales, and customer service, while fostering personal and professional growth through mentorship and structured learning opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Learn about and perform work related to business operations such as receiving and shipping material, processing returned goods, and making deliveries.
• Participate in vendor product knowledge sessions and complete related online courses.
• Assist customers and teammates in counter sales, process sales orders, and maintain the display area.
• Gain experience in sales tasks related to pricing, bids, quotes, product procurement, and job scheduling.
• Develop relationships with vendors and participate in joint sales calls with outside salespersons.
• Engage in career discussions with the Profit Center Manager to explore future career paths.

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in customer service, sales, management, or leadership roles.
• Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company criteria.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
