Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured training program that covers all aspects of the business.
• Gain experience in operations, including receiving, shipping, and vendor returns.
• Engage in counter sales and develop vendor product knowledge.
• Learn inside sales techniques, including pricing, bids, and product procurement.
• Conduct joint sales calls with outside salesmen and develop vendor relationships.
• Complete a project determined by the manager and engage in career discussions.

Requirements

• 4-year college degree
• Demonstrated experience in a leadership role
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing
