About the position
Yancey Bros. Co. is seeking candidates for its Sales and Leadership Training Program (SaLT), a selective 12-week rotation-based training initiative designed to develop future sales and operational leaders. This full-time position offers a pathway into sales and leadership roles within the company, providing hands-on training, shadowing opportunities, and tailored job paths post-completion of the program.
Responsibilities
- Participate in a 12-week rotation-based training program across various divisions of the company.
- Engage in both computer-based and in-person sales and leadership training.
- Shadow different members of the organization to learn about their roles and responsibilities.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding sales, parts, and service solutions.
- Work collaboratively in a team setting and independently as required.
Requirements
- College degree or related equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in sales, retail, management, or customer service roles.
- Demonstrated success in previous work or volunteer experiences.
- Ability to use judgment and creativity in applying solutions to business concerns.
- High energy and strong work ethic.
