About the position

The Sales and Leasing Specialist at Touchmark is responsible for attracting new residents to the community by building relationships and providing guidance throughout the decision-making process. This role combines sales with counseling, requiring a proactive approach to exceed sales goals while enriching the lives of potential residents. Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospective residents
• Set up and conduct Touchmark home tours
• Invite prospective new residents to join community activities
• Visit prospective residents at their homes to help them experience the community
• Educate prospective residents and families about Touchmark's living options
• Serve as a team member to improve occupancy and enhance resident and community relations

Requirements

• A college degree or combination of equivalent education and experience
• At least 5 years of successful, relationship sales experience in a retirement community setting
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• A commitment to outstanding customer service
• Computer proficiency and experience with a lead-tracking system
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
