About the position

The Sales and Marketing Administrative Assistant at AdvanceCare Health Services plays a vital role in supporting the Sales and Marketing teams by contributing to the development and execution of campaigns, assisting with design tasks, and maintaining accurate data. This position is essential for driving brand awareness, achieving business goals, and fostering company growth while providing hands-on experience in a dynamic sales and marketing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand business opportunities.
  • Learn and utilize design tools to create high-quality marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, advertisements, charts, and presentations.
  • Support initiatives including cross-selling strategies, referral programs, retargeting campaigns, and reputation management.
  • Assist in developing and executing digital sales and marketing to optimize lead generation and improve conversion rates.
  • Review current sales and marketing campaigns for areas to improve and propose creative solutions.
  • Compile sales and marketing data in spreadsheets, generating detailed reports and visual summaries for the Leadership team.
  • Contribute to internal and external branding efforts by organizing incentive programs and challenges to enhance team collaboration and engagement.
  • Collaborate with a supportive and creative team.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent; sales and marketing experience or training preferred.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is a plus.
  • Outside Sales Experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including spreadsheet software and design tools.
  • A proactive learner committed to personal and professional growth.
  • Demonstrates accountability and responsibility in managing tasks.
  • Problem-solving mindset with sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
  • Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check (7-10 years) and drug screening.
  • Creative thinker with an interest in marketing trends and techniques.
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Nice-to-haves
