Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote dance classes, workshops, and events
• Assist in creating engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
• Contribute to the design and distribution of promotional materials such as flyers, posters, and digital ads
• Assist in organizing and executing marketing events, including open houses, performances, and community outreach initiatives
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement
• Support the maintenance and update of the studio's website and online listings
• Assist in managing email marketing campaigns and customer communications

Requirements

• Passion for dance and the performing arts
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools
• Experience with Canva or graphic design software
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Prior experience in marketing or related fields is desirable, but not required
