About the position

The Sales and Marketing Coordinator at Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is responsible for building and maintaining referral relationships within the community, particularly with hospitals, clinics, and senior-service organizations. This role focuses on increasing census and quality mix by developing the market and providing prospective residents and their families with essential information and assistance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with seniors and a strong background in sales and marketing within a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Build referral source relationships in hospitals, clinics, and senior-service organizations.
• Develop the market to grow census and quality mix.
• Provide prospective residents and responsible parties with information and assistance.
• Manage partner relations, move-in paperwork, advertising, media, social media, and event planning.
• Exhibit self-confidence, enthusiasm, and assertiveness in all interactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, health care, or a related business field preferred.
• Minimum of two years of direct sales experience in a healthcare setting required.
• Excellent knowledge and experience in sales and marketing, including partner relations and advertising.
• Proven success in developing referrals in a healthcare setting.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
