About the position

Alignment Health is seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to play a pivotal role in supporting the sales and marketing initiatives of the organization. This position is fully remote and is designed for individuals who are passionate about enhancing the experience of seniors through innovative healthcare solutions. The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing multiple projects related to sales, marketing, and field marketing organizations. This role requires a proactive individual who can provide administrative support to the area sales team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. In this role, you will serve as a vital intermediary between the internal sales team, customers, vendors, and clients. You will be tasked with determining project priorities and monitoring their status to ensure timely completion. Your responsibilities will include calendar management, invoice payment, and other administrative duties as needed. The ideal candidate will demonstrate full competence in their area of work, showcasing excellent organizational skills and the ability to troubleshoot and triage issues in a timely manner. You will be expected to work independently with minimal guidance while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of support functions for the AHC internal local sales organization.
  • Serve as an intermediary between the internal sales team, customers, vendors, and clients.
  • Determine priorities and monitor the status of projects.
  • Responsible for calendar management, invoice payment, and other administrative duties as needed.
  • Demonstrate full competence in own area of work, including excellent organizational skills.
  • Troubleshoot and triage issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting at the director level or above in an administrative role.
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Mathematical skills to perform basic calculations and operations using American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
  • Common sense reasoning skills to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
  • Typing speed of 60 WPM.
