About the position

The Sales & Marketing Coordinator at Hearts United Homecare is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness and client engagement. This role involves planning community outreach programs, managing marketing campaigns, and collaborating with the care team to effectively promote services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping the elderly and a strong background in marketing within the homecare industry.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and participate in community events and outreach programs to promote our services.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies.
  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data to inform future strategies.
  • Collaborate with the care team to understand and promote our services effectively.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences and networking events representing Heart United services.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a marketing role in the homecare industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with the elderly preferred.
  • Passion to help the elderly is a must.
