About the position

The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will oversee the development and finalization of marketing materials, assist in planning and executing trade events, manage lead collection, and track budgets. This role requires strong project management skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment while supporting the sales and marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and finalization of marketing materials, including brochures and print collateral.
• Assist with the planning and execution of external trade events, including managing event inventory and onsite support.
• Collect and organize contact information from trade events for timely distribution to the sales team.
• Monitor and record expenditures related to marketing materials and events.
• Maintain stock of sales giveaway items and suggest new items as necessary.
• Take professional photos of new employees and manage their filing and distribution.
• Manage the creation and distribution of pre-event and post-event communications through CRM.
• Track and report on the effectiveness of email blasts and other marketing initiatives.
• Perform other tasks as assigned to support the sales and marketing team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Relevant marketing experience, preferably in the biopharmaceutical, industrial manufacturing, or similar industries.
• Proficient in design software such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat, as well as the MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM, WordPress CMS, and Asana is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management, project management, and follow-through abilities.
• Proven ability to execute marketing, educational, and outreach strategies.

Nice-to-haves

• Prior experience with trade shows and event management is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of design and visual principles.
