About the position

The Marketing & Sales Coordinator at Happier At Home of Central Iowa is responsible for expanding the client base and enhancing the company's presence in the community through effective marketing and sales strategies. This role focuses on building strong relationships with healthcare providers and other stakeholders to drive client referrals and improve the quality of life for clients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement marketing strategies to generate new client leads and manage client relationships.
• Establish and grow relationships with healthcare providers, referral sources, and senior living communities to drive client referrals.
• Support Happier At Home's representation at local events and seminars to promote services.
• Monitor local market trends and client needs to adjust marketing strategies and identify new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns including digital marketing, email marketing, social media, and print materials.

Requirements

• Sales, marketing, or business development experience, preferably in healthcare or home care.
• Demonstrated success in supporting business growth and generating referrals.
• Ability to develop and execute marketing and sales initiatives.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Self-motivated and passionate about growing a business and delivering quality care services.
