About the position

The Sales and Marketing Coordinator at TRIBUS Group is a dynamic role focused on supporting the sales and marketing teams within the residential real estate industry. This position involves planning, coordinating, and executing various marketing and sales activities, ensuring a seamless process for prospective clients. The coordinator will work closely with senior leadership and sales representatives to enhance client engagement and drive growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and update client and prospect data in HubSpot to maintain account accuracy and support the sales funnel.
  • Track client interactions, deal stages, and touchpoints to ensure seamless transitions between departments.
  • Provide sales support by answering inquiries, completing follow-ups, maintaining CRM records, and raising contacts/accounts that need attention.
  • Attend industry events, including setup and takedown for the company booth, ensuring a high-quality, brand-aligned presentation.
  • Coordinate with hotels, restaurants, and other vendors to secure venues and manage logistics for events, dinners, and happy hours with VIP clients and prospects.
  • Positively represent the brand during events, engaging with clients, building relationships, and gathering feedback.
  • Collect feedback from attendees and analyze the results to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare post-event reports with insights, including attendance data, revenue potential, and ROI analysis.
  • Organize travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, for team members attending events.
  • Coordinate production of marketing/sales materials working with designer and staff.
  • Provide social media support for Solid Earth and Nautilent.
  • Keep company websites current/updated with clients, company news, videos, etc.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Strong attention to detail, communication skills (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage and build rapport with potential partners over the phone and through written communication.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and marketing automation tools is a plus.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time.

  • Proven experience in marketing and sales coordination, preferably in the events or educational sector.
