About the position

Fleet Landing is seeking a Sales and Marketing Coordinator who will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to the office staff and facilitating the daily operations of the sales office. The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that the sales office runs smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of the community. In this role, the coordinator will prepare and distribute reports and mailings, operate and administer the Prospect Tracking system using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, and assist in event preparation for open houses and special functions related to sales and marketing. The coordinator will also maintain accurate and timely database records in both the CRM and Excel, prepare and organize marketing materials, and provide excellent customer service to prospects and community members. The ability to build excitement for the future community and interact effectively with prospects, office personnel, and management is essential. Responsibilities

  • Preparation and distribution of reports and mailings.
  • Operate and administer Prospect Tracking via the use of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Assist in event preparation, including any open houses or special functions related to sales and/or marketing.
  • Maintain accurate and timely database records in CRM and Excel.
  • Prepare and/or organize marketing materials.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Utilize interpersonal and relationship building skills to interact with prospects, office personnel, and management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least two (2) years of business background, focusing on customer interface and sales environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word processing.
  • Basic fundamentals of word processing and spreadsheet software.
