About the position

Hoyt Archery is seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Coordinator to lead the planning and execution of their soft-goods line and e-commerce efforts. The role requires strong organizational skills, project management experience, and a creative approach to marketing and sales initiatives. The coordinator will work closely with suppliers, manage events, and support the marketing team in various capacities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, launching, and monitoring of Hoyt's soft-goods line and e-commerce efforts.
• Work with suppliers to control costs, improve quality, and ensure on-time delivery of products.
• Coordinate and provide administrative assistance on all sales marketing projects and events, including tournaments and trade shows.
• Perform order entry for promotional and pro staff product orders.
• Coordinate partner programs and serve as the point of contact for orders from partner organizations.
• Solicit quotes from suppliers for print jobs and promotional products, and work with the purchasing team to place orders.
• Provide support at events representing the Hoyt brand and associated products.
• Coordinate logistics and provide administrative support for events, including shipping products and booking travel for the team.
• Assist in creating and delivering press releases, media content, and social media content.
• Support the marketing team with digital advertising efforts.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and project management experience.
• Excellent customer service skills, both social and traditional.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Self-starter and team player.
• Knowledge of archery and bowhunting is a plus.
