About the position

As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator at Tutera Senior Living & Health Care, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the visibility and reputation of our senior living community. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, clinics, and other senior-service organizations within the community. This involves not only networking and establishing connections but also actively promoting our services to potential residents and their families. You will be tasked with developing strategies to increase our census and improve the quality mix of residents, ensuring that we meet the diverse needs of our community. In this role, you will engage in various marketing activities, including advertising, social media outreach, and event planning. You will also be responsible for managing move-in paperwork and ensuring a smooth transition for new residents. Your ability to communicate effectively and professionally will be crucial as you provide information and assistance to prospective residents and their families, guiding them through the decision-making process. We are looking for someone who is not only passionate about working with seniors but also possesses a flexible and energetic personality. Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain referral source relationships in hospitals, clinics, and senior-service organizations.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase census and quality mix.
  • Provide prospective residents and responsible parties with information and assistance.
  • Manage move-in paperwork and ensure a smooth transition for new residents.
  • Engage in advertising, media, social media, and event planning activities.
  • Exhibit self-confidence and enthusiasm in all interactions with potential residents and referral sources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, health care, or a related business field preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of direct sales experience in a healthcare setting required.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in sales and marketing, including partner relations and advertising.
  • Proven success in developing referrals in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to establish working relationships both internally and externally.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in event planning and execution.
  • Familiarity with social media marketing strategies.
