About the position

The Sales and Marketing Director at Adante Assisted Living is a dynamic and driven individual responsible for achieving and maintaining 100% occupancy through strategic sales initiatives. This role involves generating leads, closing sales, and fostering relationships that enhance the living experience for residents. The director will work closely with the corporate office to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and sales plan tailored to the community's needs. This position is pivotal in ensuring that the community not only meets its occupancy goals but also thrives in revenue production. In addition to sales responsibilities, the Sales and Marketing Director will engage in community outreach, building partnerships that facilitate lead generation. The role requires conducting presentations and tours for prospective residents, effectively communicating the value of the community, and ultimately closing sales. The director will also be responsible for planning and coordinating activities that enrich the lives of residents and attract potential new residents. This position may involve serving as the manager on duty, ensuring that the community operates smoothly and that residents' needs are met. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall marketing and sales plan for the community in collaboration with the corporate office.
  • Increase and maintain occupancy levels and revenue production of the community.
  • Build and maintain partnerships for community outreach and lead generation.
  • Conduct presentations and tours with prospects and close sales effectively.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and professional referral sources in the area.
  • Plan and coordinate large activities for residents and prospective residents.
  • Coordinate community advertising with the Home Office marketing team.
  • Serve as manager on duty at the community as assigned.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a sales role is required.
  • Professional communication skills and the ability to motivate and develop associates.
  • Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and lead management software.
  • Ability to meet and maintain occupancy and other sales goals.
  • Strong management skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
  • High degree of initiative and creativity, good judgment, and professional ethics.
  • Must possess or be willing to acquire a valid driver's license to drive on company time as needed.
  • Ability to work well under stress, complete assignments accurately, work independently, and manage time effectively.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience in Senior Housing or Hospitality is preferred but not required.
