The Director will work closely with the corporate office to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and sales plan tailored to the community's needs. In this role, the Sales and Marketing Director will be tasked with increasing occupancy levels and revenue production for the community. This includes building and maintaining partnerships for community outreach and lead generation, conducting presentations and tours for prospective residents, and ultimately closing sales. The Director will also be responsible for planning and coordinating large activities for residents and prospective residents, ensuring that the community remains vibrant and engaging.
