In this position, the Sales and Marketing Director will work closely with the corporate office to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and sales plan tailored to the community. This includes increasing occupancy levels and revenue production, building partnerships for community outreach, and generating leads. The director will also be responsible for conducting presentations and tours for prospective residents, ultimately closing sales and ensuring a smooth transition for new residents. Additionally, the role involves planning and coordinating large activities for residents and prospective residents, as well as managing community advertising in collaboration with the Home Office marketing team. The Sales and Marketing Director will also serve as the manager on duty as assigned, ensuring that the community operates smoothly and efficiently.
