About the position

The Sales & Marketing Director at Southern Pines is responsible for driving high resident occupancy through community engagement, tours, and follow-ups with prospective residents. This role emphasizes the importance of compassionate care and enhancing the lives of residents while also fostering a supportive environment for employees. The position requires a self-motivated and organized individual who can effectively manage their responsibilities under the supervision of the Executive Director.

Responsibilities

• Achieve high resident occupancy by generating community activities and conducting tours.
• Follow up with prospective residents to ensure engagement and interest.
• Conduct on-site visits at least every 45 days for individualized assessments.
• Be available on call as required by regulatory standards or delegate to a qualified alternate nurse.
• Provide appropriate delegation of nursing tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in assisted living or a related field.
• Strong organizational and self-motivation skills.
• Ability to demonstrate judgment and sound discretion in achieving occupancy goals.
