About the position

The Sales and Marketing Director at Ivy Park is responsible for generating and managing leads to qualify prospects for the senior living community. This role involves creating strategic marketing plans in collaboration with the Executive Director and VP of Sales to achieve budgeted occupancy targets. The position emphasizes building relationships with prospective residents and community organizations to enhance collaboration and increase occupancy rates.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads to qualify prospects for the community.
• Guide prospects through the transition of moving into their new home.
• Create trust and connect with prospective residents and their families through phone calls and tours.
• Ideate ways to increase occupancy and achieve targeted occupancy goals.
• Execute events to draw prospects to the community in collaboration with the team.
• Build relationships with community organizations and professional groups.

Requirements

• 3 or more years of marketing experience or a sales background (outside sales preferred).
• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (or equivalent experience).
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization and diligence in following up with prospects.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests.
