About the position

The Senior Lifestyle Specialist/Sales and Marketing Director at Bethany Village Assisted Living is a key leadership role responsible for driving occupancy and achieving sales goals within the community. This position emphasizes the importance of building meaningful relationships with residents and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to enhance the community's outreach and partnership opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies through preparation of a strategic sales plan.
• Ensure that all sales related activities support customer satisfaction, retention, and new business development goals.
• Motivate and inspire team members to meet established sales targets.
• Proactively build opportunities for ongoing development of community partnerships.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in business/communications/marketing or related field preferred; or three years equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
• One to three years sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
• Previous health care experience preferred.
