About the position

The Sales and Marketing Director at Charter Senior Living of Paris is responsible for driving high resident occupancy through community engagement, tours, and follow-ups with prospective residents. The director will work under the supervision of the Executive Director and is expected to be self-motivated, organized, and professional, dedicating full attention to their responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Achieve high resident occupancy by generating community activities and tours.
• Conduct on-site visits at least every 45 days for individualized assessments.
• Be available on call as required by regulatory standards or delegate to a qualified alternate nurse.
• Provide appropriate delegation of nursing tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in assisted living.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
