About the position

The Sales and Marketing Director at Charter Senior Living is responsible for driving high resident occupancy through effective marketing strategies and community engagement. The director will work closely with the Executive Director to ensure that the facility meets its occupancy goals and maintains a positive community presence.

Responsibilities

• Achieve high resident occupancy by generating community activities and tours.
• Follow up with prospective residents to encourage occupancy.
• Devote full and exclusive time and attention to job responsibilities.
• Demonstrate judgment and sound discretion to ensure complete occupancy of the facility.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in assisted living or healthcare.
• Self-motivated and organized with a professional demeanor.
