Responsibilities

• Achieve high resident occupancy by generating community activities and tours.
• Follow up with prospective residents to ensure engagement and interest.
• Devote full and exclusive time and attention to job responsibilities.
• Demonstrate judgment and sound discretion to ensure complete occupancy of the facility.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director to align marketing strategies with community goals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in assisted living or senior care.
• Strong organizational and professional skills.
• Self-motivated with a commitment to achieving results.
