About the position

The Sales and Marketing Director at Charter Senior Living of Bay City is responsible for driving high resident occupancy through effective marketing strategies and community engagement. The director will work closely with the Executive Director to ensure that the facility meets its occupancy goals and maintains a positive community presence.

Responsibilities

• Achieve high resident occupancy by generating community activities and tours.
• Conduct individualized assessments during on-site visits at least every 45 days.
• Be available on call as required by regulatory standards or delegate to a qualified alternate nurse.
• Provide appropriate delegation of nursing tasks.

Requirements

• Experience in sales and marketing within the assisted living sector.
• Strong organizational and professional skills.
• Self-motivated with a commitment to job responsibilities.
