The Sales and Marketing Campaign Manager at DV Brands is a crucial role focused on driving international product launches and enhancing brand visibility through strategic marketing campaigns. Responsibilities

  • Design and execute dynamic, tailored marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media influencers, podcasts, trade shows, and custom merchandise.
  • Coordinate impactful product launch strategies for multiple international markets, aligning with DVBrands' sales objectives and unique brand image.
  • Work with social media, podcasts, and other channels to target diverse audiences, maximizing outreach and engagement.
  • Partner with ground teams to ensure comprehensive brand representation in stores and distribution points, with regular visits to strengthen local relationships.
  • Develop and deploy engaging in-store displays and key point-of-sale materials to capture the attention of consumers, wholesale clients, and retail partners alike.
  • Adapt marketing strategies to meet the unique demands of local markets, crafting compelling, relevant messaging and brand experiences.
  • Track and analyze campaign results, adjusting tactics as needed to optimize performance and drive measurable results.

Requirements

  • Related experience or degree in Marketing, Business, or similar field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing management, especially with global brands.
  • Expertise in cross-channel campaign management, from digital to in-store activations.
  • Strong understanding of international market trends, with an ability to tailor campaigns to diverse consumer behaviors and preferences.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships across departments and with external partners.
