Flora Landscape Contractors is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead and execute sales and marketing strategies for the company. This role is pivotal in driving business growth, increasing brand awareness, and managing customer accounts effectively. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, creating comprehensive marketing plans, and leading a high-performing team to achieve company objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including residential and commercial clients.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Create and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to promote the company's landscaping services.
  • Develop and maintain the company's brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitors' activities.
  • Establish and manage customer accounts, ensuring that their needs are met and that the company provides exceptional service.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop account-specific strategies to maximize customer retention and growth.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team.
  • Set clear goals and targets for the team, monitor performance, and provide guidance and coaching to achieve objectives.
  • Oversee the production of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content.
  • Manage the company's online presence, including the website and social media platforms.
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline and track sales metrics to assess performance.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring profitable deals.
  • Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget, optimizing allocation of resources.
  • Prepare regular reports and analytics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, and account management, preferably in the landscaping or related industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of landscaping and horticulture is a plus.
