The manager will work closely with a team of professionals to support daily operations and drive growth in new owners and clients.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining company standards for vacancy rates of properties managed
• Managing Real Estate agents and leasing associates
• Using sales data and reports to make informed decisions, identify areas for improvement, and project sales
• Creating sales plans and promotions and evaluating their effectiveness to ensure continued growth in new owners
• Analyzing data to identify opportunities for growth
• Generating new owners and clients
• Assisting in Real Estate sales as needed

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in managing a sales team
• 3-5 years of marketing experience
• Active Real Estate license
• Track record of maintaining sales requirements and effective marketing campaigns
• Knowledge of building maintenance and maintenance processes
• Strong, effective, written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Google Docs
