The Sales and Marketing Manager at Goldfish Swim School is responsible for overseeing the sales and service operations, ensuring high-quality customer service, and managing the front desk staff. Responsibilities

• Oversee the quality and success of sales and service operations at Goldfish Swim School.
• Provide leadership and constructive feedback to Front Desk Representatives.
• Direct and control daily operations to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Manage Front Desk staff to ensure high productivity and employee satisfaction.
• Train Front Desk staff in customer service, iClassPro software, and Point of Sale systems.
• Conduct sales and marketing training for qualified sales staff.
• Gain expertise in iClassPro software for bookings, class scheduling, and reporting.
• Conduct new hire training for front desk staff.
• Ensure overall cleanliness of the facility.
• Host monthly workshops for front desk employees.
• Set sales incentives for front desk employees in collaboration with management.

Requirements

• 2 or more years of Sales experience
• 2 or more years of Customer Service experience
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work with children
• Willingness to be trained as a swim instructor
• Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid, & AED certifications (can be obtained at Goldfish)
