About the position

The Sales and Marketing Manager at Chute Source LLC is responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a proactive approach to prospecting and a passion for closing deals, while serving as the main point of contact throughout the sales process. The manager will engage with various teams to ensure projects are completed on time and to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively hunt for new opportunities and engage with Developers, Architects, General Contractors, and Property Managers in the mid-rise and high-rise residential real estate space.
  • Utilize a Consultative Sales Approach with Customers and manage the sales cycle as the main point of contact with your customers.
  • Work cross-functionally to execute Chute Source strategy of being the leader in waste management systems and solutions.
  • Network with industry and professional contacts to generate leads and increase revenue growth.
  • Work closely with Operations to ensure accurate information and deadlines are met for Tenders, Bid Requests, Quotes and Proposals.
  • Stay informed on customer needs, corporate priorities and the competitive landscape.
  • Utilize CRM to ensure all documentation is current and key next steps in sales process are identified.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a construction or manufacturing setting.
  • Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Must be organized, efficient and able to provide relevant information to customers and team members in a timely manner.
  • Able to handle multiple projects and responsibilities at one time.
  • Demonstrates a high level of accountability personally and throughout your career.
