About the position

The Sales and Marketing Move-In Coordinator at United Methodist Communities plays a crucial role in supporting the Director of Sales and Marketing and the Sales Counselor in various sales, marketing, and event coordination activities. This position is essential for ensuring a smooth transition for new residents moving into the Bristol Glen Senior Care Community, focusing on personalized support and effective communication throughout the move-in process.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all prospective inquiries promptly and assign to appropriate salesperson for timely follow-up.
  • Provide sales back-up assistance for the Sales & Marketing Director and Community Sales Counselors as needed.
  • Maintain accurate data flow for leads and referral sources, ensuring timely and precise input into community-specific systems.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate and timely reports as required.
  • Adhere to a culture of collaboration and teamwork, sharing relevant prospect information with the sales team and community teams.
  • Own the customer journey from apartment selection/deposit to move-in, ensuring personalized support for residents.
  • Ensure timely entry of move-in details into systems for accurate occupancy tracking.
  • Manage all aspects of apartment modifications, readiness, and move-in coordination.
  • Provide hands-on assistance to residents with move-in details and support.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events in collaboration with the Sales & Marketing Director.
  • Keep updated about relevant operational, competitive, and company information to respond effectively to inquiries.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of one year of related experience.
  • Competence with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
