About the position

The Sales and Marketing Move-In Coordinator at United Methodist Communities is responsible for supporting the Director of Sales and Marketing and the Sales Counselor in various sales, marketing, and event coordination activities. This role focuses on coordinating new move-ins for Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), and Memory Care (MC) residents, ensuring a smooth transition into the community while providing personalized support throughout the customer journey.

Responsibilities

• Handle all prospective inquiries promptly and assign to appropriate salesperson for timely follow-up.
• Provide sales back-up assistance for the Sales & Marketing Director and Community Sales Counselors as needed.
• Maintain accurate data flow for leads and referral sources in CRM systems.
• Prepare and maintain accurate and timely reports as required.
• Adhere to a culture of collaboration and teamwork, sharing relevant prospect information with the sales team and community teams.
• Own the customer journey from apartment selection/deposit to move-in, ensuring personalized support for residents.
• Ensure timely entry of move-in details into Aline for accurate occupancy tracking.
• Manage all aspects of apartment modifications, readiness, and move-in coordination.
• Provide hands-on assistance to residents with move-in details and support.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events in collaboration with the Sales & Marketing Director.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of related experience.
• Competence with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
