About the position

The Sales and New Business Development Manager is responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing relationships with existing clients within a designated territory. Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calling to identify potential clients and generate leads.
  • Manage territory effectively to maximize sales opportunities and meet targets.
  • Deliver engaging product demos to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of our offerings.
  • Upsell additional products and services to existing customers, enhancing their experience and increasing revenue.
  • Utilize Salesforce or similar software for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on market trends.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the market landscape to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales or direct sales roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong cold calling skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with potential clients.
  • Familiarity with territory management principles and practices.
  • Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for tracking sales activities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
