About the position

The Sales and Operations Assistant role at Precision Concrete Cutting is a hybrid position that combines administrative support with sales responsibilities, providing a unique opportunity for growth into a Municipal Account Manager. Responsibilities

  • Manage and update the CRM system (Pipedrive) with accurate lead, client, and opportunity data.
  • Coordinate and schedule client meetings, follow-ups, and sales presentations.
  • Assist in drafting, proofreading, and finalizing proposals for municipal clients.
  • Conduct research on new leads and opportunities, focusing on public works departments.
  • Follow up with prospects and clients to nurture relationships and identify new opportunities.
  • Organize and manage schedules, emails, and travel for the leadership team.
  • Maintain records of contracts, agreements, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate logistics for client meetings, team events, and sponsored activities.
  • Provide general office support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Shadow sales managers to understand the municipal sales cycle.
  • Build relationships with municipal clients and assist in account management.
  • Transition to managing smaller municipal accounts within 12-18 months.
  • Develop expertise in ADA compliance and public works processes.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years in a relevant role (e.g., Executive Assistant, Sales Coordinator, Office Manager).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
