Responsibilities

  • Liaise between departments (graphics, production, etc.) to ensure seamless workflow, project updates, and necessary adjustments.
  • Process and manage expense reports for the sales team, ensuring timely submission and accuracy.
  • Act as a point of contact between sales, production, and graphics to follow up on deliverables, ensuring all teams stay aligned.
  • Maintain a strong sense of responsibility by independently tracking deadlines and project milestones, keeping all stakeholders informed of any changes.
  • Continuously assess and streamline processes to improve efficiency across the division.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a sales, administrative, or operations role within a similar B2B environment preferred.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with various departments.
  • Self-starter with a high degree of accountability—capable of working without micromanagement.
