As a Sales and Operations Management Trainee at Penske, you will be responsible for managing business operations and customer solutions in a fast-paced environment. This role involves utilizing your degree to solve problems for customers, while receiving ongoing training and mentoring to develop skills in sales, operations, finance, and customer service. You will work collaboratively with a driven team and have opportunities for career advancement across various locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions to local and national accounts, including Fortune 500 companies.
• Manage a large inventory of vehicles, balancing productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Generate new business leads and foster existing customer relationships.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business or Marketing.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Internship or related work experience in a customer-facing role preferred.
• Results-oriented with attention to detail and good time management skills.
• A valid driver's license is required, with the ability to drive Penske vehicles, including a 26' box truck.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential.
