About the position

The Sales and Operations Manager at Auto-Chlor System is responsible for leading the South San Francisco branch, focusing on driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills to manage operations, develop employees, and maintain positive customer relationships while achieving key performance indicators.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality service while maintaining positive partnerships with our customers
• Hire, train, lead, motivate, and develop branch employees to perform at their highest potential
• Responsible for internal sales, growth, profit, and key performance indicators
• Manage timekeeping procedures, preparing budgets, goals, and objectives of the branch to be approved by the regional manager

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• 2 years of leadership experience, preferably in a business-to-business, service, or distributor sales organization
• Experience in growing sales year over year
• Operations or Logistic experience preferred
