About the position

The Sales and Operations Manager will oversee and lead a sales and service team, ensuring effective management of inventory display and marketing, while promoting positive customer interactions. This role focuses on tracking and analyzing performance metrics to identify improvement areas, managing budgets, forecasting sales, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, all aimed at maximizing profitability.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train, and motivate a sales and service team
• Ensure proper display and marketing of inventory
• Promote positive customer interactions
• Track and analyze sales and operations performance to identify areas for improvement
• Manage budgets, forecast sales, and control expenses to maximize profitability
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

Requirements

• 5+ years of management experience, preferably from the automotive industry
