About the position

The Sales and Outreach Manager at Horizon House plays a crucial role in driving lead generation and sales for the Assisted Living sector. This position is responsible for building and nurturing relationships with referral sources to increase occupancy rates. The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders and a strong alignment with the company's core values, including Caring, Trust, Stewardship, Respect, Integrity, Innovation, and Collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Research, develop, and nurture referral network relationships to produce referrals.
  • Achieve lead generation objectives to increase assisted living occupancy.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Horizon House and services for older adults.
  • Act as a resource for referral partners.
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to securing deposits for move-ins.
  • Generate reports and provide regular updates to management on hot prospects.
  • Facilitate external move-ins in collaboration with the Assisted Living Director.
  • Support internal moves to assisted living with the Care Navigator.
  • Use CRM to track and report on business development activities and performance metrics.
  • Host and participate in community events and B2B presentations to generate brand awareness.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Five years of successful outside sales experience in a healthcare-related field.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (preferred).
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to successfully plan and execute project goals.
  • Strong team player mentality.
  • Proven record of successful sales.
  • Motivated and able to perform work independently.
  • Ability to interact appropriately with seniors.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and database management software.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 annually plus commission.
  • Full-time position with a Monday to Friday schedule.
