This position focuses on helping new members start their fitness journey, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe gym space. The associate is responsible for building relationships with members, addressing their needs, and ensuring a positive experience that inspires them to achieve their fitness goals.

Responsibilities

• Help new members get started on their fitness journey by providing guidance and support.
• Develop first-name relationships with members and guests, answering questions and resolving concerns.
• Maintain a clean, well-maintained, and safe gym environment for all members and guests.
• Deliver an outstanding sales and service experience to all guests and members, ensuring a welcoming and informative atmosphere.
• Support an exceptional new member onboarding experience, connecting them to fitness offerings and resources.

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail or fitness sales experience.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.
• Self-motivated and passionate about helping others.
• Ability to exceed goals and embrace challenges as opportunities for growth.
