About the position

As a Sales and Service Leader at Sephora, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience for clients. You will lead a team of Coordinators, Licensed Beauty Advisors, and Beauty Advisors, providing guidance and support to ensure they excel in their roles and meet Sephora's high standards for sales and service.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the implementation of sales and service experiences that meet Sephora's standards.
  • Support and coach team members in selling, service, and operations.
  • Execute the client service model and sales strategies to drive customer engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with store standards, maintaining a professional environment.
  • Support client loyalty programs and services, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure success.

Requirements

  • Prior leadership experience, preferably in retail sales or services.
  • Passion for client service and teamwork.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
  • Resilience and adaptability to changing store priorities.
  • Flexible availability to work during "peak" retail hours.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
